The Teton Reserve HOA limits short-term rentals and only allows rentals of seven days or more. Any advertisements on VRBO, Home Away, AirBNB, etc., of less than seven days results in a penalty assessed from the HOA.

You do not receive a membership to the golf course when you are a homeowner in the Teton Reserve HOA community. Although, the golf passes are very affordable and all golf fees pay for the maintenence and care of the golf course.

Not at this time as the golf course, being public, is very affordable.

Teton Valley Idaho has a Homeowner exemption that fluctuates. Teton Valley, ID is also a non-disclosure state, meaning that it is up to you to inform the assessor of your purchase price for the property. The county bases its tax standard on appraised values. Please go to www.tetoncountyidaho.gov for further information about how to calculate your property taxes.
